Yes, Travel Advantage's customer service is available in multiple languages (French, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and German) via email, phone, online chat, and also via WhatsApp.

If I encounter an issue with one of my bookings, what can I do?

How does Travel Advantage's 150% Best Price Guarantee work?

If you book a hotel on Travel Advantage™ and find the same hotel, for the same dates, and with the same amenities at a lower price on another free platform (excluding promotions) within 24 hours of your booking, we will refund you 150% of the price difference in the form of Travel Credits. This guarantee reflects our confidence in our rates and the quality of our services.

To take advantage of this guarantee, simply click on the "Price Guarantee" link at the bottom of the Travel Advantage website menu, then select "submit a request". The conditions associated with this guarantee are included in the request.

Are there any restrictions on the number of annual bookings with Travel Advantage?

No, there is no limit to the number of bookings you can make. Our goal is to enable you to fully enjoy your travels without any constraints.

Is it possible to make bookings in multiple countries?

Absolutely, our platform offers over 2,000,000 hotels worldwide, allowing you to make reservations in many countries.

Is it possible to travel with my family and friends through Travel Advantage?

Absolutely, you have the option to book up to 5 rooms in a single reservation.

If I am unable to cancel my trip, can I be refunded?

The conditions of each hotel are different, and all the necessary information is indicated in the details of the booking.

What are the rules regarding changes of additional users under the Travel Advantage plan?

Additional users are not interchangeable.

What is a Life Experience®?

A Life Experience® is a getaway offered to Members and Ambassadors of MWR Life, taking the form of either organized or free-form trips. These experiences, lasting several days and nights, are typically offered in popular destinations and often include stays in high-end establishments at advantageous rates.

Some Life Experience® also feature a personalized welcome with a cocktail, group activities, and the presence of a host. However, travel expenses are not included, and the dates are predefined for each experience.

What is the difference between Travel Credits and Loyalty Points?

  • Travel Credits :

    • Earned for each service booking on the Travel Advantage platform.

    • 100 Travel Credits equal $1 in possible deductions on the settlement of a booking on the Travel Advantage platform.

    • Travel Credits accumulate and never expire.

    • Travel Credits can be used in full or partially to completely or partially reduce a booking. This occurs just before the payment of the booking.

    • Travel Credits are available for all subscriptions offered.

    • Travel Credits are transferable to another Member or traveler.

  • Loyalty Points :

    • Earned for each service booking on the Travel Advantage platform.

    • They are earned upon payment of the PLUS (60 Loyalty Points) or ELITE (120 Loyalty Points) subscription.

    • 1 Loyalty Point equals $1 in possible deductions on the settlement of a booking on the Travel Advantage platform when this booking is eligible for Loyalty Points.

    • They accumulate and never expire as long as the customer pays their monthly fee (thus remains a customer) PLUS or ELITE.

    • Loyalty Points can be used on Life Experiences® according to a maximum quantity specified for each Life Experience®.

    • They are usable in a maximum amount indicated depending on the chosen booking.

    • They are credited upon payment of the PLUS or ELITE subscription and therefore do not depend on the bookings made on the Travel Advantage platform. They are not transferable.

  • Note :
    Loyalty Points and Travel Credits can be used together to reduce the amount of a booking on Travel Advantage.
